Writing in Alpharetta

North Atlanta's Fulton and Forsyth County suburbs have built a substantial South Asian professional population over the past two decades. Johns Creek's Asian community now represents close to 30% of the city's population, and Northview High School has become known nationally for academic competition. Forsyth County's Lambert High draws similarly driven students from Cumming, Sugar Hill, and Suwanee. Georgia Milestones EOG and EOC writing assessments require students to produce analytical essays on demand. Many families discover that school instruction alone, even in strong districts like Fulton and Forsyth, doesn't build the writing habit that produces confident results on those exams.

CAE really helped with the formatting and actual writing of my personal statement and supplemental essays; without your help, I'm not 100% sure I would have been accepted into all of these colleges.

Questions from Alpharetta parents

How does LTWN prepare students for the Georgia Milestones ELA assessments?

Georgia Milestones EOG tests in grades 3 to 8 require students to read complex passages and write analytical responses under timed conditions. Our LTWN 360 program builds reading comprehension, structured essay writing, and grammar skills year over year. Students who practice writing with expert weekly feedback develop the consistency the Milestones tests reward.

My child goes to Northview. Are there other Northview families in the program?

Yes. We work with families from Northview, Cambridge, Milton, and Lambert, alongside students from Forsyth County and Gwinnett. Classes are kept at 6 to 8 students, grouped by level, so your child works with peers who share the same writing goals.

Does LTWN help with the 9th Grade Lit EOC writing exam?

The 9th Grade Literature and Composition EOC is a significant writing test in Georgia high schools, and it catches many students off guard. Students who have built analytical writing habits through LTWN 360 go into 9th grade with the essay structure and vocabulary the test demands. Students who join in 9th grade for Test Prep also benefit from the grammar and rhetorical analysis modules.
