By accessing or using the Learn To Write Now website (learntowritenow.com) or enrolling in any LTWN program or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Learn To Write Now provides educational enrichment programs, private coaching, and test preparation services for students in grades K–12, delivered online and in-person. Program descriptions, schedules, and pricing are subject to change. Current details are available on our website or by contacting us directly.

Enrollment in LTWN programs is subject to availability and confirmation by our team. By enrolling, you agree to the payment terms communicated at the time of registration. Accepted payment methods will be specified during enrollment. Prices are in US dollars.

Cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@learntowritenow.com. Our specific refund policy varies by program type and will be communicated at enrollment. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled session may not be eligible for refund or rescheduling. LTWN reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to educator availability or other circumstances, in which case a full refund or reschedule will be offered.

Users of our website and services agree to:

• Use our website and services for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes only.
• Not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any LTWN content or curriculum without written permission.
• Treat LTWN staff, educators, and other students with respect during all sessions.

All content on this website — including text, images, curricula, lesson materials, and branding — is the intellectual property of Learn To Write Now and is protected by copyright law. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Learn To Write Now shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Our website and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific academic outcomes or test score improvements. Results vary based on student effort, engagement, and individual circumstances.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of DuPage County, Illinois.
